How it works
Send us where you'd like to go, when, who's coming and roughly what you want to spend.
We put together an itinerary with options. You choose what you like and we adjust until it's right.
We book everything and send your documents. If plans change while you're away, you have someone to call.
About us
The Traveling Flatlanders is a travel agency from Saskatchewan. We grew up where you can see the weather coming from a day away, and we've spent our lives heading for whatever is past that horizon.
We met in elementary school. With 40 years of friendship, we decided to start our company based on our passion for travel. We want to help people experience the world!
Whether it's a first trip on a plane or a fifth trip to Europe, we treat every booking like it's our own holiday.

Support
Already booked with us? Here's how to reach us and answers to the questions we hear most.
Cancelled flight, missed connection or a problem at the hotel: call our traveller line and we'll sort it out.
Yes, our fees vary depending on what your requirements are. Check out our Fees page for more information.
Contact us as early as you can. We'll check what your airline, hotel and tour rules allow, explain any change fees before anything is changed, and make the changes for you.
Call the traveller help line. We'll look for the next available options and rebook you, and help you with any compensation or refund the airline owes you.
Most international trips need a passport valid for at least six months past your return date, and some countries need a visa or electronic travel authorization. We'll tell you what your destination requires when we send your itinerary.
We recommend it for every trip outside Saskatchewan, since provincial health coverage pays only part of medical costs out of province and very little outside Canada. We can quote medical and trip-cancellation coverage with your booking.
We email your full itinerary, confirmations and e-tickets at the time of booking or at the time of final payment requirements. Check that every name matches your passport exactly.
